Hello world! It is I, Liz, and this is going to be my thoughts and opinions of what a family is. Some of you may be wondering, "Why are you doing this", "Why should I read this", etc. Well, since you're so curious I might as well tell you: I am writing this blog because I'm taking a class at BYU-Idaho and this is technically an assignment, but I'm not going to look at it like that. I am genuinely concerned about the way the world is going in this day in age and personally, I think the family is crumbling. Through this blog, I'm going to tell you some of what we discuss in class and as stated above, opinions will be given freely. For the record, I don't believe in beating around the bush so when it comes to my opinions, I'm gonna give it to you straight.
So welcome and let's get started! :)
P.S. The pictures in my background are all pictures of my family, apropos don't you think?
And in case anyone wanted to see these pictures up close since the posts kind of block them, voila.
This is my brother and I in the Jamestown Reenactment museum. Since we were in a place colonized by the British, we figured we had to look the part. Classy enough for ya?
This is our most recent family picture. We were in Palmyra and Fayette, New York this summer and got our picture taken outside the Whitmer home.
This is my sister and I on the Joseph Smith farm in Palmyra, NY.
And of course you can't go anywhere now-a-days without taking a selfie so once again at the Joseph Smith farm with the sibs.
